ENGINEERING WING

The Corporation is having about Rs.29crores (Rupees twenty nine crores only)of Fixed Assets by way of Office Buildings, Godowns, LPG Outlets, Kerosene Outlets, Petrol / Diesel Outlets etc., in Telangana State and maintenance of these buildings is monitored by the Engineering Wing of Head Office at Hyderabad.

Further whenever the TSCSCL is proposing for construction of new Office Buildings, Godowns, LPG Outlets, Compound Walls for new sites etc., construction & supervision work can be carried out by Engineering Wing.

Besides this, the Engineering Staff are attending daily the routine maintenance of Head Office buildings, Chief Rationing Officer’s Office, Residential Flats (2 No’s) etc., and as on date the Corporation is having the following Fixed Assets as shown below

1. Office Buildings:

   • The Offices of District Managers are located in 6 Buildings constructed by the Corporation at the following places.

     Hyderabad, Khammam, Sangareddy, Warangal, Nizamabad

   • Chief Rationing Office Building at S.P Road, Secunderabad.

2. Food Grains Godowns for MLS Points in Districts:

   The Corporation constructed 139 Nos. of MLS Point Godowns in different places having a Capacity of 73,100 MTs.

   Mahabubnagar-8, Khammam-3, Warangal-24, Medak-26, Ranga Reddy-31, Hyderabad-8, Nalgonda-23, Adilabad-5, Karimnagar-9, Nizamabad-2.

3. Residential Quarters:

   The Corporation is having 12 Nos. of Residential Quarters out of 12, 10 No’s are under control of APSCSC Ltd., in the following places.

   (12 Nos. Flats in Kanthi shikara apartments, Panjagutta in Hyderabad and Joint Collectors Quarters at Sangareddy)

4. LPG Outlets & Showrooms:

   The Corporation is having 6 Nos. of LPG Outlets in the following places.

   (Kothagudem, Palavancha, Secunderabad, Patancheru, Kamareddy, and Chityala)

   
5. Kerosene Outlets:

   The Corporation is having 2 Nos. of Kerosene Outlets in the following places.

   (Kapra and Hafeezpet in Ranga Reddy District)

6. Petrol / Diesel Retail Outlets:

   The Corporation is having 3 Nos. Petrol/Diesel outlets in the following places.

   (Secretariat in Hyderabad, Hafeezpet & Saroornagar in Ranga Reddy District)
